2. User Responsibilities & Safety
Jeetra is designed for fitness and territory tracking. Users are responsible for:
Exercising caution, maintaining situational awareness, and adhering to local traffic laws during runs.
Respecting private property and restricted areas — do not trespass to claim territories.
Maintaining fair play — spoofed GPS routes or automated activities will result in leaderboard disqualification and account suspension.
3. Intellectual Property
All Jeetra branding, software code, territory mapping logic, badges, and designs are the exclusive property of Jeetra. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute app assets without explicit permission.
4. Limitation of Liability
Jeetra is provided "as is". We are not liable for any physical injury, property damage, or loss incurred while participating in runs or using the application.
5. User-Generated Content & Code of Conduct (EULA)
Jeetra allows users to participate in community discussions, post run updates, comment, and share fitness achievements. By using these features, you agree to the following terms:
Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content: Jeetra strictly prohibits any objectionable, offensive, harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, or abusive content and behavior.
Content Moderation: All user-generated content is subject to moderation. Any content flagged or found in violation of these terms will be reviewed and removed within 24 hours.
User Safety & Blocking: Users have the ability to report any objectionable content and to block abusive users directly in the application. When a user is blocked, their content is immediately hidden from your feed.
Account Termination: Any user who violates this policy or engages in abusive behavior will have their account immediately suspended or permanently banned without notice.
